Sylvia Nguyen
Sylvia Nguyen is a Licensed REALTOR® on The Sons and Daughters Team with Century 21 Exclusive Properties.
Born in Houston, TX and raised in the Deer Park area, she later moved to Arlington, TX where she attended The University of Texas at Arlington and studied Biology. Shortly after, Sylvia moved to Cypress, TX and started a family. Currently, Sylvia calls Pearland, TX home and is thoroughly enjoying being a part of her community.
Prior to her venturing into real estate, Sylvia invested five years in a career in education, assisting teachers with young children at Montessori Unlimited, Copperfield. After some time off, she began a new adventure as an assistant to broker and team leader of The Sons and Daughters Team, Gina Tran in 2016. After years of witnessing the joys of buyer clients purchasing homes they love and countless success stories of seller clients getting top dollar for their homes, Sylvia decided to take a leap of faith and utilize her real estate experience to directly serve clients in 2021.
Sylvia's strongest attributes include her positive attitude, strong work ethic, being a taskmaster, and her drive to succeed when faced with new challenges to achieve her goals. She pledges to provide the highest level of integrity, professionalism and communication with each client that is what she believes is the very foundation of what it means to be a REALTOR®.
