David Tran

David Tran is a Licensed REALTOR® and Sales Associate at Sons and Daughters Realty LLC.

He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and has resided in Houston, TX for over 30 years now. David Tran attended University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems and from The Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management with distinction.

David earned his real estate license shortly after purchasing his first home in 2005 and has loved working as a REALTOR® ever since. He enjoys spending the time to educate his clients on what to expect throughout the real estate transaction, in efforts to reduce stress that comes with purchasing a home. He believes that knowledge can help both buyers and sellers make the best decisions possible for them and their families.
